"Welcome aboard American Airlines," a voice said

coming from a lalarge manho was standing near the
entry

door to the cockpit, the pilot.

"Thank you," I replied as I rolled my suitcase
down

the aisle to my seat. My family walked behind me and
left

me at my seat, which was in the front of the plane,
since

my cousin, Aileen and I were flying first class.

"Need a bellhop?," my uncle asked.

   "Sure, Thank you," I replied

As he grabbed the my suitcase I sat in the large

comfortable seat, which made me feel like a king. And

surely made Aileen feel like a queen reclined in her

seat.

"Flight attendants prepare for cross check and

take off," the pilot announced.

"This is it Sean, Your first time in Belize,"

Aileen said happily as she secured her seat bebelt and

gave ma a quick, but gentle hug.

"Yeah, I know!" I replied excitedly.

The plane took off on the runway, Aileen
grabbed

my hand as if she knew that I got nervous at every
take

off. As the Earth drifted away I looked out the side

window as Miami began drifting away. I sat with mymy
eyes

shut enjoying the cool breeze that the air conditioner

provided me from above. I listened to my ipipods
Aileen

watched a movie on the large screen that hung right in

front of us.

I opened my eyes and began watching ththeovie.

"Hey, we are flying ovoveruba!" Aileen

exclaimed.

"How do you know?" I asked.

"The pilot just announced it, but you were

listening to your ipipod she responded.

"Look outside your window!" she said.

As I looked out the window I saw a huge part of

land extended on the Earth. It was an incredible view

of the land of Cuba. The blue and green clear wawarter

made me made me truly fall in love with the
CACaribbean

The two and a half hour flight felt more like only an

hour.

"We will be arriving at the Belize
International

Airport in thirteen minutes." The pilot announced.

I couldn't believe how fast time had passed.

When we landed I was so proud to be in Belize. My
dream

had finally come true. I looked out the window and

there it was, the beautiful land of my people. People

began exiting the  plane, but there was something

different going on. They were walking down a staircase

that led them to a strip of land, a runway which they

walked straight into the airport. I grabbed my luggage

and walked down the stairs. It felt as if mother
nature

gave me a big welcoming hug. The heat was unbearable!!!
